Season Information for 12U, 14U, & 16U Local Teams

Program is for 4th- HS 

Players are required to play at least 1-2+ years of UKnighted or have equivalent training elsewhere to play on our local teams.  

The season runs from November through May. 

Players committing to play in this program are committing to play on a team for the entire season.

Winter Practices & Tryouts 

Nov 3, 10, 17 
Dec 1, 8, 15 

12s (4th, 5th, 6th grades) 11:30-1:30 

14s/HS  (7th - HS)  4:00-6:00 

November Schedule

12s (4th, 5th, 6th grades) 11:30-1:30 

14s/HS  (7th - HS)  4:00-6:00 

December Schedule 

Black, White, & Silver Teams - 11:30-1:30
Maroon & Gold Teams 4:00-6:00

January to  May - 8-10 contacts per month including practices and tournaments (weekends and weekday practices). Practice schedules will be release 2 weeks prior.

Program Information

Our club competes in local tournaments near Rancho Bernardo through San Diego  Volleyball Club's Volley Fest.

Our teams compete in the 12, 14, 16 open divisions.  Volley Fest website.

Please use the website above to check for your team's play schedule. 

Teams will compete in the 16U, 14U and 12U age groups through VolleyFest.  Playing experience is required for these divisions.

Age groups  for upcoming 2023-2024 club season: 

• 12 and Under: 4th, 5th, 6th Graders
• 14 and Under: 7th & 8th Graders
